Many people experience these various ‘stressors’ without getting depressed.
The items above may make for a harder life experience, but they don’t cause depression. Now sure, there can be contributing factors to depression, such as childhood shame or a quick and sudden change in your life. But that’s not really causing the depression.
I’m not a doctor. But I was severely depressed myself. For decades. I ended it completely, and I’ll show you how to end it completely, too.
And it won’t cost you a penny.
But first, what does cause depression? You have a flow of emotion. A flow of raw thought, and raw feeling.
(An emotion is simply a ‘package’ of thoughts and feelings.) This flow of energy comes into your body somewhere at the solar plexus area. It’s called ‘chi’ or ‘ki’ in Oriental cultures. Out of this raw thought and feeling, you think your thoughts and feel your feelings. However – we’ve been taught, practically since birth, that feelings are bad and wrong and you shouldn’t have them.
