My stomach hurt so bad I was doubling over, I was dizzy, had migraines,terrible nightmares and night sweats, fuzzy headed, and had the most horrible muscle and joint pain I ever had, even with my lupus. He told me it was probably Effexor withdrawls and to go back on 75 mg.
